One Hour – Twentyfour Times, Drawing, 2.75 x 3.60 m, developed over the duration of the exhibition
The passing of time, duration and the rhythms of everyday life are recurring themes in my practice. The focus lies on repetition and the process of making. My medium is the line. Passionate about putting lots of little things together, I work in many small steps to make larger pieces. I consider rules and constraints as liberating for the mind and often work within a self-imposed setting, which allows for a focus on the making and being in the moment.
